COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE IN SOCIAL PRESCRIBING (SCOMP)
The purpose of the Singapore Community of Practice in Social Prescribing (SCOMP) is to foster a dynamic and collaborative ecosystem where diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community leaders, researchers, and individuals come together to collectively advance the understanding, implementation, and impact of social prescribing interventions. The CoP serves as a platform for sharing knowledge, exchanging best practices, and co-creating innovative strategies that enhance well-being, strengthen community connections, and promote holistic health through the integration of arts, culture, and community engagement.
Through vibrant interactions and meaningful partnerships, SCOMP envisions a future where social prescribing becomes an integral and accessible part of healthcare, enhancing quality of life, addressing health disparities, and promoting inclusive well-being. Members will be inspired to cultivate a culture of learning, advocacy, and continuous improvement, leading the way in shaping effective and sustainable social prescribing practices that positively impact individuals, communities, and society as a whole.
